| A SURFER CALLING IT A DAY AT OCEAN BEACH |
About a month ago I took the LVAD to Ocean Beach for the first time in San Francisco..It is a place of Healing and Joy for me.I always use to turn to the Ocean during my fight with Congestive Heart Failure.As Fear continued to take over my Faith.I was always Anxious,Very Uneasy and was having alot of Bad Thoughts about my condition and what was in store for me in the future.When I would go there it seem to drowned out my bad thoughts with it's wide sounds and cleanse me with it's loud noise..As the sun would embrace me with it's warmth.I miss swimming in the Ocean but know one day I will return.....
